Greko Printing is a family owned business that does jobs for both B2C and B2B. My role was to rebrand their image so they could get more business from bigger companies. I collaborated closely with the marketing department to discuss the various strategies.

The identity problem had been created over the years in which the company did not pay close attention to its own branding and was currently experiencing visual inconsistency all through the company.
To create a new image that was congruent with their previous one to maintain their current clients.

Through the discovery phase, we found the underlying problem was that the company did not look like it could achieve the demands of big companies due to their diluted message in the service they provide versus their mission and purposely targeting.
By interviewing and having various meetings with the marketing department and stakeholders. We could investigate the responses of our ideal clients, what they were already saying about our agency and how to find our unique voice to communicate more with our consumers.
To establish them not only as a printing company but to also show their constant evolution in technology and ability to produce the work with faster turn around for their clients.

Greko Printing is now the official printer for Crain, Campus Martius, Beacon Park, Motor City Muscle, the Brandit Agency and the MetroPCS of Michigan, Ohio, Chicago, Wisconsin, and Minnesota.
When dealing with an organization every stakeholder from each department can have a very different idea of what branding means.
